About The Author
Psychologist, writer, teacher, and real estate professional, Dr. Mary Ruggiero was a single mother who thanked God each and every day for having been blessed with the best parents and the best children in the world. A proud “child of the 1960s,” she loved flowers, animals, art, music, theater, and helping others. She lived in Orange County, California with her two daughters and ten cats.
On October 27, 2015, two days after her 63rd birthday, Mary passed away after battling pancreatic cancer for two and a half years. Her daughters are committed to sharing their mother’s story with the world.
